Morgan graduated with a bachelors from the University of Iowa in 2021 and received her masters from Mount Mercy University in 2023. She was previously employed by UnityPoint Health - St. Luke's Hospital since 2021 before transitioning to her current role in client development at Terracon in September 2025.

She is a 2nd year coach at Kennedy High School for the Junior Varsity and Varsity Teams and has also been a club volleyball coach for 4 seasons with the Adrenaline Volleyball Academy.

Morgan spends much of her free time actively involved in the community, participating in the Cedar Rapids Sport and Social Leagues and is a member of the 2.2 CrossFit location.

Chris Overturf is a CPA (Certified Public Accountant) and CVA (Certified Valuation Analyst) and is the managing partner of LattaHarris, LLP.  He graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a degree in accounting in 1997, and began in public accounting practice with a small local firm in the Twin Cities that same year.  Chris joined the Cedar Rapids office of LattaHarris in October of 2008.
