Chris Overturf is a CPA (Certified Public Accountant) and CVA (Certified Valuation Analyst) and is the managing partner of the Cedar Rapids and Toledo offices of LattaHarris, LLP. He graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a degree in accounting in 1997, and began in public accounting practice with a small local firm in the Twin Cities that same year. Chris joined the Cedar Rapids office of LattaHarris in October of 2008. His specialties are federal and state income taxation, business valuation and litigation support services, and general business consulting. LattaHarris is a regional accounting firm with offices in Cedar Rapids, Iowa City, Washington, Tipton, Richland, Toledo and Grundy Center, and offers experience in tax, accounting/auditing, payroll, bookkeeping and business valuation services. Chris is also active in the community as a member of the Orchestra Iowa Board of Directors, Cedar Rapids Daybreak Rotary and the Board of Directors for Act1 of Benton County. Chris and his wife Holly reside in Urbana, and have two daughters.

Sandi began her career in sales and marketing which led to opportunities working in advertising sales, at an advertising agency and eventually with Senior Living Communities, a Hospice organization and then Managing a Home Health Care group. Sandi’s educational background is in Communications, Business and Counseling and she enjoys how those all work together in her day to day responsibilities. Following a stint as a marketing consultant, her current role is Administrator for To The Rescue’s Home Health’s division. Sandi has three grown children and enjoys staying active riding her bike, golfing and listening to live music. A book club, getting together with family and friends as well as a bit of travel also keep Sandi busy. She places value on learning and networking with peers and business professionals with a goal of growing and learning, and enjoys Breakfast of Champions as a way to help support our great community.
