Nikki Wilcox is the Communications and Marketing Director at the Cedar Rapids Metro Economic Alliance. She received her bachelor's degree in communication studies from the University of Iowa and her Master’s in Business Administration degree from the Tippie College of Business at the University of Iowa. Nikki is born and raised in Cedar Rapids but left for 11 years to work in a variety of organizations before returning to Cedar Rapids in 2019. Chris Overturf is a CPA (Certified Public Accountant) and CVA (Certified Valuation Analyst) and is the managing partner of LattaHarris, LLP.  He graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a degree in accounting in 1997, and began in public accounting practice with a small local firm in the Twin Cities that same year.  Chris joined the Cedar Rapids office of LattaHarris in October of 2008. Sandi began her career in advertising sales and sales management, eventually evolving into marketing.  With degrees in Communications and Business, Sandi enjoyed opportunities in the business world and customer relations but also initiated and led several youth ministry programs when her children were at an age to benefit as well.  After going back to grad school for Counseling, Sandi provided marketing direction and project management for Senior Living Communities and a Hospice organization.
